PRECISION POLLING AND RESEARCH — PRIVACY POLICY
Last Updated: October 9, 2026
Precision Polling and Research (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit americafirstpolling.org (the “Site”), pre-register as a founding member, or communicate with us.
1. Our Promise: Your Name Is Never for Sale
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, including your name, email address, phone number or ZIP code, and we never will. We do not share mobile numbers or text-message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar state laws.
2. Information We Collect
We collect:
- Pre-registration details you give us: email address, optional mobile number, optional ZIP code, and the invite code you used, if any.
- Consent records: which boxes you checked, the exact wording you agreed to, its version, and the date, time, IP address, browser and page where you agreed. We keep these records to prove and honor your choices.
- Member records after launch: identity, age and residence verification results, poll responses, payment details needed to pay you, and your Precision Token reward history.
- Contact form details: name, email, organization, phone and message, if you contact us.
- Usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring pages, collected through privacy-focused analytics (Vercel Web Analytics), which does not use advertising cookies.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to:
- Reserve your founding-member spot and contact you when pre-registration and the member panel open
- Send the emails and text messages you opted in to, and nothing you did not
- Verify eligibility and prevent duplicate, automated or fraudulent sign-ups
- Record and administer Precision Token rewards and referral credit
- Invite you to member polls and, after launch, pay you for completed polls
- Operate, secure and improve the Site, and comply with the law
4. Poll Responses
After launch, member poll responses are published only in aggregate. We do not publish an individual member’s answers with their name or contact details, and we do not provide identifiable responses to clients or sponsors.
5. Text Messages (SMS)
We use your mobile number only to send the text messages described at sign-up: account texts (verification and sign-in codes, security and fraud alerts, account notifications and support replies) and, only if you check the optional box, America First Polling Member Texts (member polls and voting reminders, poll results, public service announcements, membership updates, AFP Token rewards and promotions). Message frequency varies; optional Member Texts are sent up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of membership or of any purchase. Mobile numbers and text opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We may share them only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts, solely to deliver them.
6. Who We Share Information With
We share information only with:
- Service providers that operate the Site for us, such as hosting (Vercel), our database provider (Neon), and email and text-message delivery providers, under contracts that limit use to providing their service to us
- Identity-verification and payment providers, after launch, to verify members and pay for completed polls
- Professional advisors, such as lawyers and accountants, when necessary
- Authorities when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of others
- A successor entity if Precision Polling and Research is merged or acquired, which must honor this Policy
7. Cookies
The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our analytics are designed to measure page traffic without identifying you across sites.
8. Data Retention
We keep pre-registration and member records while you remain on our list or a member, and for a reasonable period afterward. We keep consent and opt-out records for at least five years, as needed to demonstrate compliance with telemarketing and email laws. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those legal record-keeping needs.
9. Security
We protect personal information with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections and access limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Your Choices and Rights
You can unsubscribe from email using the link in any email, stop text messages by replying STOP, and ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@americafirstpolling.org. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
11. Children
The Site is not directed to children. Pre-registration and membership are for adults 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
12. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party sites, including prediction markets and data sources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. The new version will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date, and material changes will be emailed to members. We will never apply a change that permits selling your information.
